5 Star Review Ikari Warriors Review
Ikari Warriors is an action/arcade game made by SNK. Ikari Warriors has aged more than most NES games I have played. I never picked this one up til recently, when I found out it might be the slowest moving game on the NES. The control is awkward, the sound effects are very cheap sounding, and it just feels so dated for all the wrong reasons. Multiplayer saves this 2 star game from being a 1 star.

3 Star Review Ikari Warriors
I liked this game as a kid. One of the first co-op games I ever played. The Konami code helps you get pretty far, but then it becomes an issue of "Do I really want to spend four hours on this." The answer is usually NO. but it is fun to play for nostalgia purposes.

2 Star Review Extremely difficult
It's obvious that Ikari Warriors was developed for the arcade. It's that difficult. Although I find myself making it further and further each time I play, this beast must have raked in numerous dump trucks of quarters over the years. You play, you die, then all you want to do is play again. You never really get as far as you wanted. As a 1 player, it's nearly impossible to beat, but add in the help of a friend and usually we can beat the first level or so. There's only four levels, but the last time I got all the way to the fourth (by using the re-spawn code) it took me 3 hours. WOW. Although it's still fun to play with the re-spawn code, consider yourself warned; This is one unbelievably hard game.
