| Nick D's Super Mario Bros. 3 Review |

A lot has been said that is worth repeating. No true NES collection is complete without this gem. While I personally preferred Super Mario Bros. 2 over this one, there is no denying how awesome of a game this is. It does indeed improve on everything from the first two Mario games on the NES. This game introduced us to the Koopa Kids, had that iconic intro into the airship levels, the warp whistles that allowed people who were too scared or lazy to play the full game to sneak all the way to the end, and this was of course, the introduction of the Tanooki Suit, Frog Suit, Hammer Bros. Suit and the magic leaf that could make you fly. The soundtrack was incredible, the controls smooth, and the overall gameplay a joy. There is a reason Nintendo hyped this game to the moon, and it lived up to it. |

| Improves on everything. |

So if liked the original Super Mario Bros., you'll love this game. It improves on everything. Bigger levels, and more of them, more Power-ups, tons of hidden secrets, unique boss fights and still providing a bit of a challenge. This game still holds up very well today, and can provide hours of entertainment.
Bottom line - this is a must own game for everyone. |

An iconic game for the NNES system. widly regarded as one of the best video games ever made, Super Mario Brothers 3 featured various diffrent power-ups, challanging yet easy to understand game play, many many diffrent hidden gems and treasures. SMB3 is the game that changed the way video games were created and viewed. many modern game makers have compelling stories and visuals around the playing of SMB3. With Hype, ramp up, movies, cereals, toy lines all stemming from this game and its seris, this is the game that started moving Mario to the most recognized face in the world.
Mario brothers Three is a must own, and a must play for all gamers, young and old. if a new "gamer" has only played COD and other "modern" games, get him to play this, This is THE game. |

The build up to this back in the day was intense. There were only whispers and rumors until they gave you a sneak peek of this game and the Power Glove in the movie "the Wizard". The music to this game, the different power ups, the secrets and the Koopa Kids made this a fantastic sequel. It changed the face of all Super Mario games to follow in it's wake. |
