I received this console for Christmas 2011. It played all my games great and at first, I loved it. The frame rate is good, and the controllers are well made. However, once I started collecting more games,I realized this system would not play some notable games, even after blowing on them and thoroughly cleaning them, like Goof Troop and Super Mario RPG. These two games are what forced me to get an original SNES, since I rarely played any NES games. It also took a couple of tries to actually get the cartrige to work. Overall, it is good if you are planning to play a few very mainstream games, but I would recommend getting an original SNES or NES, or even both rather than this.

I Bought this C2 system becuase I wanted somthing that would play my old games, was very interested. I'v have mine for about 1 week and wanted to due a review after about 1 week with this system. All I can say is you are getting your money worth. Controllers are okay, The control pad feels a little loose, but you can use any snes controller. The games work great, even my old dusty nes games work on secound try [Meaning That they never been clean and after the classic blowing on the cart trick it work, which is a pain on my older nintendo] Works great for both snes too. Actually this system has way better frame rate then the original system its self, it runs at perfect speed. Mind you some very little slow down on the Nes part, but that is do to many targets on the screen which will happen on a perfect frame rate. Only thing if you have a nes convertor to play old famicom games, The thing need to be backwards instead of front words to work, I though my convertor broke and thous things are hard to find. Only minior thing that annoyed me was that when push the carts into the system they felt lock and I had to give a little force to take them out, Sorta like if you try to take a snes game out without the eject button. also once the game is place in you can wiggle it which felt sorta loose inside the top loader which felt odd, but didnt effect the game at all so its just a minor. Reproduction systems your going to find little things wrong, but They work really well Espically the C2 System which dosnt even have many reviews online. If your looking for somthing to play your old games without breaking the bank get it.

it's a great cosle but it took me a while to get it to work and in wont play a couple of my games so whatever mine burned up because of vents being on bottem but overal lukie games this was the first thing i got from you and i got a few monts ago thanks and im buying a new one and some games i give this consle a 4

I really enjoy this console! It plays all my favorite games. The only downfall is that every now and then when I play a game I get an error on the console telling me that it's illegal to copy games, but it can be fixed by turning the console off then back on. Other than that, it's great!

I absolutely love this system. It is so much easier to play the old NES and SNES games now....my grandson and I have had hours of fun with it...thanks you so much.

This system came brand new, still in the box and it works great! The family loves it and the games for it from our childhoods! A great buy!

I absolutely love this product it enabled me to give my mom my super nintendo when her was destroued in a fire a years back and still be able to play nintendo and super nintendo games. The slot for the nintendo games is very slightly to tight for the nintendo games until you use it more. I would definetly recommend this product to any asking.
