All products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Games, accessories, and systems may be returned in their original condition for exchange or store credit. If there was an error on our part or the item is not working we will provide you with pre-paid return postage (U.S. only). If you need to initiate a return please email us at sales@lukiegames.com. All returns must be pre-approved.
Here at Lukie Games your privacy is very important to us! We will never sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. Unless you request otherwise, we will only contact you regarding orders you have placed. You will never receive any unsolicited e-mails from us. For the highest level of security we do not store your payment information.
At Lukie Games we take security very seriously. Our site is secured by 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption provided by GeoTrust so all your information is kept completely secure. We are fully compliant with all Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.
Additionally we have gone a step further than any of our competitors and partnered with McAfee, the leader in internet security to provide us with full daily security scans. Our website is fully tested and certified by Mcafee every day to ensure that you are safe from identity theft, credit card fraud, spyware, spam, or viruses. This is the same testing used by many of the largest internet retailers in the world to ensure their own site security including Petsmart, GNC, Turbo Tax, NBC, the American Red Cross, and hundreds more.
Most of our items are available for immediate shipment and state on the product page that they usually ship in 24 hours. Some items, especially uncommon or rare games are not available immediately but are on order from our distributors in which case they will state that they usually ship in 4-9 business days. We will ship your items as they become available. We can not guarantee shipment dates for items listed as shipping in 4-9 business days. We will email you with tracking information as each part of your order ships. You can always cancel all or part of your order before it ships. Some items - especially extremely rare games -are not readily available. Those will state that they are not for sale and you will not be able to add them to your cart.
We sell both new and used items. Our games are cartridge or disk only unless specifically stated as complete. Condition on used games may vary, although most are in very good condition. Systems are thoroughly cleaned and tested, and the condition will be stated on the item page.

Shipping
For domestic customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses) standard shipping on orders over $25 is free. For orders under $25, expedited shipping, and all International orders shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping prices are based upon distance and weight and are calculated through USPS or Fedex. We do not overcharge or make a profit on shipping. We charge less than our actual shipping cost in all cases.
Most orders ship the next business day after the order is received. Standard domestic packages generally arrive in 4 to 7 business days from time of shipment. Expedited shipping averages 2 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders ship via USPS or Fedex and we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates, these are only estimates. Please see international section for international delivery times.
All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. The shipping information will be emailed to you once your items ship. Tracking and order status can also be viewed through the website by creating an account. For International orders the USPS only provides tracking information for Priority International packages, not for any First Class International packages.

International
We gladly ship worldwide to most countries. In fact 30% of our orders are international! Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Italy and Brazil.
All of the console video games that we sell are in NTSC format and depending on what kind of system you have will determine whether or not our games will work. If you have a system from North or South America the game will work fine. If you have a system from any other country it is PAL format and the game will not work without some kind of adapter. You can purchase a NTSC to PAL converter online for about $30 US and up.
All Game Boy games are region free and can be played on systems from any country.
The systems we sell will work with the appropriate power converter and an NTSC to PAL transformer. Also many newer HD TVs accept both NTSC and PAL signal and do not require the transformer.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping prices are calculated through USPS and are based upon distance and weight.
International shipping times can vary widely. When you check out you have a choice for First Class International or Priority International (Priority is the only option for packages over 4 lbs.). First Class orders to Canada average 6 to 12 business days, and Priority averages 5 to 9 business days. For all other countries Priority averages 6 to 10 business days. First Class shipping varies too widely to be estimated. Please note about 5% of international orders take longer than normal, up to 4 or 6 weeks to arrive. This is often due to a hold-up in customs or mis-routing in the country. Although we cannot guarantee delivery time we do guarantee that your item will arrive. If it has been long enough for the USPS to classify it as lost we will ship a replacement.
Lukie Games is not responsible for any levies, duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges. We suggest you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Credit will not be given for packages not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Post Order Support
Don't worry, less than 1 in 10,000 of our shipments fail to arrive at their destination – however the USPS does sometimes misroute them or in the case of international shipments they can be held up in customs. In the unlikely event that your order is lost we will of course send you another. If you are in the US and it has been over 3 weeks since your order shipped, or if you are international and it’s been over 6 weeks please email us at sales@lukiegames.com with the details of your order and we will help you out.
All games are cleaned and tested on original systems before listing, but things can happen. If you are using a clone system (such as FC Twin, Yobo, etc) some games will not be compatible, please refer to our clone compatibility page to see if the game is incompatible. If it is compatible or you are using an original system please try cleaning the contacts. Even a tiny amount of dirt or dust can cause issues. It's best to use a Qtip and rubbing alcohol, clean it until there is no more dirt, place it in the system, take it out and clean it one more time. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and then try again. 90% of the time that will fix the problem. In addition you can also try these console specific suggestions:
NES
- If your system has a new 72 pin connector it may help to push the game in, but not down. This helps games with thicker boards get a better connection until the pins loosen up.
N64
- Try pushing the game half way into the system instead of pushing all the way in. This can sometimes help the system read the game more easily.
Game Boy
- Try adjusting the game or pulling it out slightly.

The light gun does not work with LCD, Plasma, or Projection televisions. It will only work with tube-style CRT televisions.
