Game arrived quickly and in top working condition. Very fun game for players of all ages!

I've always liked 1943 from the occasional arcade opportunity to play or as a NES rental. Now I own it. To get the most out of this game you want a controller with a turbo fire button option. The game play is a bit routine, and the best weapon is the boring basic shotgun. But it is just so much fun to dive down and attack those ships.

If you were annoyed,in any which way by the first game (1942),then you want to check this sequel out.The first game wasn't bad,but this perfected every flaw it had,from upgrades,gameplay,more vibrant colors,and .......oh my golly gee,the music is awesome and not annoying like the first(unless you enjoy forks scratching across a ceramic dinner plate).If you own the first game,you should just get the sequel.Its way more fun,the gameplay is better,the music is better,you can upgrade your plane,and it is costs less than the original to own.

This game works and it’s kind of cool once you get the hang of it. If you get frustrated easily, not the best game for you.

I can play this all day, it is that much fun. Game got to me in about 3 days and was in great condition.

Brought this as a Christmas present for my bf to add to his collection and he loved it. Came within a week. I would definitely recommend this website.

In 1943,(the sequel to 1942),instead of 1 bomb shooting your plane down,you have one plane with a defense level that goes down each bomb that hits you.

1943 is the sequel to Capcom's shoot 'em up game 1942. This entry introduces some new features, that are very welcome in a genre like this. Like 1942, 1943 is not easy, but not impossible. It is definitely one of the better games on NES, but still not great.

Purchased for my husband who loves playing this type of game and was very pleased to get it.
