Stands the test of time!
I remember loving this game as a kid and wanted to purchase it immediately after buying another NES. The game did not disappoint. Immediately remembered how to bounce on my cane and never stopped. The game is a little short but good replay value with the fun game play and wonderful soundtrack. I would say this is a title that is a must for any NES enthusiast!

DuckTales
Arrived quickly, and in great condition considering the age of NES games. Used some reward points on the game in anticipation of DuckTales Remastered, and I'm glad I did.

Whoo ooo!
A definite gem from my childhood. The levels were varied and interesting, the music was memorable, and who could forget that your main attack was becoming a death dealing pogo stick master?! sign me up!

Remarkable, Ahead of Its Time!
DuckTales was definitely ahead of its time. The game is a platformer like many others on the NES. What really sets DuckTales apart is the level of polish put into the game. For starters, Scrooge's cane added a different flavour to the game because you could either use it to bounce around (like a pogo stick) or hit blocks to slide them around (to either take out enemies or use as a platform to get to higher ground). The game deviated from other platformers by also allowing you to play the levels in whatever order you chose but finishing certain levels unlocked rooms to collect more treasures. The game also had an alternate ending if you collected enough loot! This game has a special place in my collection for the hours of gameplay it provided to me as a kid. The music is also phenomenal, check it out!

My Favorite NES Game
Duck Tales has high replayability for me. It's easy enough where I'm not throwing the controller in frustration but interesting enough where I'm not bored. The levels are are unique and I love them all. Buying this game from Lukie was an excellent experience - fast shipping and the game was in great shape.

Ducktales Review
Ducktales is an action/platforming game by Capcom. Let me start off by saying I must be the only retro-gaming enthusiast who doesn't really like this one. I give it praise for it's graphics, and soundtrack, but my complaint is the controls. Moving and jumping are fine, but attacking is extremely awkward. I could go into a rant, but I'd rather not, there's a good chance you'll disagree with me anyway. Overall give it a chance, you'll probably love it like everyone else.

An amazing game lost in time
This game was one of my favorites when I was a kid. An amazing platformer from great show. The only thing bringing it down was it length, a little short, yet still a blast to play even today.

A Trip Down Memory Lane
Ducktales is an old school romp through 5 different levels from around the world featuring everyone's favorite Scottish duck, Scrooge McDuck along with his nephews and the quirky cast from the complimentary Disney Afternoon show, DuckTales. The game features classic platforming action where the player uses Scrooge’s signature cane to pogo on top of and smack enemies to help him do the one thing he does best; get more money! Rather short for only being 5 levels long, the game does have multiple endings at multiple difficulties so it’s replay value is high form the most inexperienced player to the best game master. While the gameplay is solid, the music is not a slouch either. Every track sets the proper tone for it’s back drop with the theme from the Moon level being one of the most recognized and loved songs from the gaming community. With multiple endings, a solid soundtrack and a pick-up-and-play nature, this game is not only one of the best one of the best on the system but one of the few great licensed games to come out of any game company. And with a solid score of 9 out of 10, this game just simply cannot be recommended enough.

Interesting
Pretty standard platformer. I just bounce around on the stick the whole time. Good game, but I prefer Chip & Dale myself.

Scrooge is the man
This rich Scott duck is just all too fun to play as he battles his way through some of the strangest places he's been - all just to get some more cash for his money bin. It's a throwback to the TV series and has good controls and a high fun factor as a solid 1 player. 2 thumbs up

Short and sweet
A classic from the old days, Ducktales is a great platformer with tight controls, decent graphics and catchy music. Using your cane as a pogo is great fun, and the game itself is challenging without being overly frustrating. It doesn't take long to beat but it's fun to play so you'll pick it up plenty of times.
