This is not the Monster of Monsters
The Godzilla film franchise IS HUGE (yes there are still more films to come)with only one film not well rated as far as I can think. This was the first Godzilla game ever made, and it doesn't follow up the the films' greatness. The game has an awful title screen (Godzilla covers half of his name so it says GODZ of Monster of Monsters, so what are you saying? Godzilla is multiple Gods packed into one?!) The game's plot is ridiculous and not very detailed (Year 2XXX) also, why have a button that crouches but the crouch barely dodges ANYTHING. Oh, and by the way the gameplay is moving on a board and going through levels trying to kill the other monsters and win the battle on that planet and everything pushes you back a thousand miles! Also when you're fighting against another monster, they either do nothing to fight back, or they're a ***** and push you into a corner so you can't do anything while they attack you for forty-five seconds, now that's what I call cheap (now gen players say everything is cheap they lose to UGH!) I was thinking of giving this game two stars because I'm a giant Godzilla fanboy (Can't wait until 2014) but really, reviews aren't given good due to a series' past, it's now and honestly it's the worst NES game I've ever played, I'd give it 0 stars if I could, the only games I hate more are the CoD series (people gonna hate me for that) and my most hated game of all time; The Pagemaster (Now THAT'S a game AVGN should review!)
