It's Jackie Chan! All you need to know.
What can you say about a Jackie Chan video game on the NES? It's immediatly awesome and if you haven't pressed to buy yet, I don't know what else it will take. A classic Kung-Fu plot where you have to travel across a land, guided by an old master, to save your sister starts us off with a good premiss for pretty much anyone who's a fan of Jackie Chan. The game is usual side scroller stuff, where you go from left to right and punch people in the face. The enemies range from regular Kung-Fu masters, to frogs, to Kappas, and even a cloud boss (yeah, Chan comes off as even more awesome than ever some how). The game play is smooth and even compares to Donkey Kong Country in this department. I can seem short and easy (it took me 3 tries to beat the game) and the player character has too little recovery time, but minor problems that don't stop this game from being one of the most underrated titles in the NES library.
