A Fun And Solid Platformer!
If you ever saw the Angry Video Game Nerd review video for this game on the internet, and maybe wondered "is it REALLY as bad as he makes it out to be", or had any kind of curiosity about the game considering when he says "It's actually not that bad of a game", then I am here to tell you that it's VERY fun and worth checking out!
I've had an interesting outlook over AVGN for years, because I can vouch for the legitimacy of almost any game he's reviewed based on my personal experience of most of the same games when I was growing up - a game like SNES Terminator 2: Judgment Day is indeed the biggest steaming pile of ***** for that console, meanwhile a game like Lester The Unlikely, isn't the best the console has to offer, but is certainly nowhere near as bad as Terminator 2.
This game is of course a McDonald's marketing vehicle, but that doesn't matter because the story is coherent, the game controls very well and the overall experience is enjoyable. The music is great, the graphics are terrific, but all of these things may be expected considering this game came out in 1992, for a console originally released in 1983 (if you lived in Japan).
Anyway, LukieGames is awesome as always have been in my experiences. Every game I order from them has been authentic, packaged well with care, and the shipping has been extraordinarily fast (although, I will admit, I often choose the next option up for shipping than the cheapest option, mostly because I want the game sooner).
The prices aren't always great, especially for titles I have tremendous interest or curiosity for (think Beyond Oasis or Crusader Of Centy for the Genesis / Mega Drive, or Little Samson or Menace Beach for NES), but I do not fault LukieGames for that, they're not the ones that made the market pricing for specific classic video game titles.
Overall I give the game and my experience with LukieGames 5 stars!
