Great Challenging Game
I imagine if you're looking at this game and questioning whether or not to buy it you've probably seen it in the good old days or played it even and are for some reason wondering whether or not to get it again.
just for this review, i'm going to see if it works in the ps3... i'm going to say "yes" but it's not a solid yes, my ps3 tends to glitch out a lot (long story, terrible fall) and this seems to be the first case of glitching on a ps1 game. unlike Red Asphalt, the ps3 will at least load the game up.
from what i can see on the first level is there are multiple ways of solving certain puzzles. personally, i'd say this game was the "Portal" of its' time with puzzle humor, but i like it more because it's darker (practically a kids game with blood in it... though the rating says "teen" it's highly accessible for kids with the whole "no lives" thing).
i let my niece and nephew play this the other day... if you're getting this for kids i'd suggest letting only 1 play at a time unless you know they can act like adults and work together to figure out puzzles. otherwise, multiplayer is great for adults.
ultimately, i'm on the 2nd stage right now, and the challenge has risen but the fun is still the same. if you're going for secrets, i can only wish you the best of luck. in my case, the second i started playing, i didn't want to put it down.
