Great condition, Terrible game
5 stars for the condition the game came in, 1 star for the game itself. This is a game that has that early NES-llike difficulty with poor controls, a weak character and unfair enemies. The continues mean nothing in this game since you're sent back to an item based checkpoint (as in when you picked up a certain key item in the level). The first level wasnt promising, but it was okay, you have a guy with a pistol that somehow shoots bullets that apparently can home in on you even if you're behind him. I'm confused about the other review for this game because there's nothing fun about it. You're better off playing an advance PPG game since it's likely to have better controls. When Buttercup flies around, it's like being on an ice rink with socks. Not to mention, she has a flying meter that runs out pretty quickly. Truly the hardest part of the game is how Buttercup's main method of attack is a delayed punch/kick. There are flying enemies but you're only long range attack is a beam that freezes them for a few seconds. Killing enemies adds up to level completion but when you have flying vampires with perfect projectile aim that can hurt you if you touch them and touching them is the only way to kill them, you're in for a bad time. I had to stop after the second subway level where gravity is pushing you back and you have to fly against it with a limited fly bar. Health items are limited and at max you can have 15 hit points but the controls are so bad and trying to kill flying enemies like the vampire is so tedious that you'll likely run out of all that health in no time.
