A bit repetitive
Yo this is my first review of a game at lukiegames instead of jjgames and now i'm going to put all of these games in this shorter format.
Robots is a regular action and adventure game that follows the same plot of the movie and this game is fun, in this game you have 1 task(gameplay wise) and that's to collect items, that's all colect stuff, yeah this game is a bit of a collect-a-thon and I don't like it too much.
The plot of this game is that in the future(or present)robots rule the world and as since they rule the world and no humans exist in it, they have to repair themselves which requires parts, obviosly. This world has a company for making parts (mmm... just imigine a worlr were a company makes legs, eyes, brains and other body parts, "hey...dad can I please borrow some money?" "why do you need money" "for a new leg...please") and this company was once ruled by a guy who once ruled the place who made it so that you can get parts cheapily so
everyone can get some if they get broken.
I don't want to say anything more about the plot because I think it'll be better if you watch the movie then play the game, becase I think the movie does a better job of storytelling since the game needs to be paced out and it is so watch the movie then play the game, but the story actually is pretty deep for a kid's movie when you think about it.One last thing befor we leave the story, your character, rodney who was always a fan of the person who run the medical company nkt because he is pratically god,not because he is the master of all but because he also ran a show, must have been a busy guy and the show was about inventions so rodney wanted to be an inventor someday and when he's an adult he goes to the medical company, which is also an invention place (if ths was real life then that guy would die of stress) to tell (let's just call him god) god about his invention.
Robots is a good game but doing the same but only on different maps(for the most part) can get pretty tiresome but if you like the sound of this game then go ahead and buy it.
