this is a cool graphical game with nice sounds effects and great challenge value. with good skills you can beat this game in record time.

Got this game for my husband ,he played this when he was a kid. He enjoyed it more now. He said it's a great game.

Never owned it in the 80s but it was always one of my favorites. Playing it brought me right back to feeling like a kid again.

I just had to have this Game in my collection again and after 20+ Years it's there thanks to Lukie,awsome game play.A little harder than I remember or mabey my fingers don't move as fast as they used too.Myself and my older Brother used to play this for hours,Time to play again!

Rygar is a pretty typical arcade conversion known for it's excellent (at the time) NES music. Due to the constant spawning of enemies the game's pace is pretty hectic and sprite flickering is noticeable. The game is a bit non-linear, much like Olympus is, but you can also spend a lot of time wandering around with no clue what to do next. Not a bad game, but not great.

Classic nes gameplay. This game is consistently on most people's top 100 list of best nes games. The secret to this game is to keep moving. If you stop, the monsters keep spawning. Keep moving and before long you will be beating this game. Great fun with nintendo graphics and a real challenge.

Well, this comes from having experienced the arcade version (and owning the arcade itself). Not as good as the original but a good game nonetheless.
