Sega Saturn
Booted up perfectly and even seems to have a brand new battery installed as well. Disc drive and cartridge slot both work. Is a model 2 system with model 1 controller. Amazing deal. Thank you.

Lukie games comes through again! :)
I ordered a Sega Saturn system a couple of weeks ago and wow! i cannot get over how great this system looks. Cosmetically a couple minor scratches but overall for being a 20+ year old console it looks amazing. The system works perfectly and I'm just extremely happy with my purchase. Having purchased a Dreamcast a few months back that also came in excellent condition, I knew I was going to get a great product from Lukie games. Thank you guys a million times for another great experience, your company offers great products and I most certainly will continue to recommend you guys to all my friends:)

This game system wasn't worth $400.00
Sega thought that they could charge $400.00 for this system and that tons of people would buy it. They were wrong. The original Playstation out sold it 5 to 1. The Sega Saturn is inferior to the Playstation 1 and cost $100.00 more. Even the makers of the 3DO system were smarter than Sega. When it was announced that the PS1 would be sold for $300.00, Panasonic and Goldstar immediately dropped the price of the 3DO to $300.00. The Saturn would've probably done better if it had only cost $300.00 as well. I bought this game system at Kmart a few years after it was released. I paid $40.00 for it. Ten times less than it originally cost and that was all this game system was worth.

Sega Saturn
After two weeks of them sending it off and it getting here I finally got it. Not to due to Lukie but due to Post Office and the carrier fault. I do have one lil complaint about Lukie I did have to go buy a battery for the Sega Saturn. Not a big deal if I had known I had of time. But the Saturn does work great thank you.

Sega Saturn
Console in nice shape. Works very good. The controller had an annoying rattle in it. I had to take it apart and remove a small broken piece of plastic that was stuck inside. Otherwise a great purchase.

Whole lotta fun...
This system was way ahead of it's time, as some would say the Dreamcast was. It has built in battery backup memory; the Saturn looks much better than I exepected, and preforms like new after 15 or so years of making it's orginal appearance. The Saturn loads quickly, the controls-especially the 3D control pad, are very precise. I never had a Saturn in the 90's. I bought one this year drom Lukie Games, and I don;t even feel like it's old! I feel like I have a new system with it's own library of games that I haven't played yet.

Under the radar
Despite Sega being a major player in the video game industry, the Saturn was the least known video game console of sega's hardware library. Not because it could not compete but due to the hype around all of it's competiton. If fact of all the systems released in that generation the Saturn seemed to be the most capable with hyper fast processing, internet capability and great graphics. Unfortunatly it was not meant to be. Sega pulled the plug on the Saturn due to extreme competition from Nintendo and Sony. However; we can all still enjoy the games from this system and remember a time when Sega was once a king in the video game industry

A system that deserved more...
The Sega Saturn (much like the Dreamcast that would follow) should have made a much bigger splash than it did. At the time of release the Saturn had much more potential than its competitors - 2 processors, internet capabiity, and what seemed like quicker load times and bigger, brighter, shinier graphics. Sadly, it lost the battle to the Playstation & N64, but I will always remember this sexy black box and the potential it had.
