I fully believe this game still holds up. Just hours upon hours of chaotic fun. It is 'pick up and play' in its most basic of premise and I absolutely love it. The price for a complete copy seemed too good to be true. Big thanks to LukieGames Games for existing.

This game is a must buy. This game will keep you entertained for hours. You can compete against your buddy for the top score. This game is 1 player unfortunately, but the riots in this game, funny quotes by looters, terrified civilians, gangs, cops and etc. make up for it. You can set the gore to high, blow up buildings, throw molotovs at gangs or civilians. When your score hit the two million mark, Capitol City factions will hunt you down in large groups. They also run faster, spawn faster. They're out for your blood and won't stop till your dead. I give this game a 9/10. I just wished this game had split- screen and drive vehicles. But the chaos and killing spree make up for it. Wreaking havoc in State of Emergency feels so much fun. A must buy Rockstar game!
