These joysticks work great. They feel amazing compared to the stock old worn out joysticks I had. The sensitivity issue other people have mentioned does exist however. But let me explain it. With the original joystick, when you push it in any direction, and when the joystick gets to about 95% of full tilt, the game reads 100% in that direction. With the new joystick, the game reads 100% in that direction with only about 60%-70% of joystick tilt. It's not a problem in third person games. But for shooters it takes some getting used to. It will not make you turn around faster, but you will start turning sharper, sooner. That being said, games like goldeneye with auto aim are quite manageable, but it requires getting used to. Games without auto aim are more difficult to manage, but not impossible (e.g. south park). And other games like turok, let you adjust the sensitivity so you can soften this effect to make it feel normal. Other than that, the joysticks perform like a dream come true!
