Altered Beast

Probably one of the least enjoyable games I’ve ever played. One of those games that was designed to eat quarters back in the day. You play as an absolutely worthless Centurion that transforms into random beasts as the name suggests. By the time you get to the first boss you’re almost done. I respect it as a classic genesis game but it’s Extreme difficulty makes it not much fun to play.

Altered beast is a classic with only skill and memorization are your only friends in this world. I’ve enjoyed owning and getting through this game that provides a feeling only found when playing the sega genesis!! Thanks Lukie games!

Brought back to life just to get smacked right back into the grave. I bought this with a game genie because I remember playing this as a child and never getting past level 2. Finally beat it for the first time and it felt good.

Easily one of the greatest side scrollers of the generation. So glad that I can play it with my daughter the way I did as a child.Shipped quickly, complete and in great condition.

This is the first time I have played this game and it seems to be a little difficult to play but maybe the more you play it the easier it will get.

This is a short game, but still one of my favorites. It has a cheat menu. If you hold down b and then start at the title screen you can change the difficulty and add lives.

Loved this game when I was younger. So glad to have a chance to play it again..Def worth getting

I think Altered Beast is a good game but there are some flaws that keep this game from being perfect.The gameplay, the first time you play the game, controlling your player can be a bit difficult but gets easier the more you play. The graphics are somewhat dull but really doesn't make the game bad because transforming makes up for it. And finally the the game is too short. Overall, this Genesis game is worth having, but if expecting a long story, and great Genesis graphics then look else where.

Just got this game in the mail the other day and it brought back so many memories, it's a challenging game, but man is it fun, plus there are more catch phrases then a Arnold Schwarzenegger movie.
