Arena Football

First, let me start it off by saying that I am not a fan of sports SIMs. This game seems to hit a balance between arcade style and sim that fits me just perfectly. It's fast paced, hard hitting, and any team can score at any time. I may be a little biassed as I like Arena Football over traditional football, but it's still worth checking out. It even has 40 historic teams that need to be unlocked. I've never wanted to unlock everything in a game so much in my life.

As always, Lukiegames has great customer service and the best quality used items around. If you have ever watched Arena Football, you'll know that it's a nice fast-paced "off-season" version of Spring Football. The rules are fairly easy to grasp after a playthrough or two, and the action is very satisfying with some acrobatic catches and other fun trick plays. Don't let that it's an EA product fool you. Other than some slight slowdown (the XBox version has no slowdown that I encountered) the game is excellent and glitch-free. If you like football-style variants (including Rugby), Arena Football is a fun game to pass the time between traditional football seasons.
