The best bowling game ever!!!!
I bought this game over a decade over. I played many bowling games and this one is the best one out there! It is worth every penny for the price Lukie is selling it for. The manual is easy to learn from. The game is packed with various selections to choose from like, tournament, team play, skins game, career mode, practice, trick shots, cosmic bowl and spare challenge! Create your bowler and save everything you play. The physics on how the bowl rolls and pin action is incredible! Just like real bowling, you will be amazed. You have all the legends of bowlers to choose from in 2000. Now choose to play amateur in all modes. This will give you a line-up of an arrow pointing to the pins for maximum striking power. I play mostly tournament and career modes. The secret to high thrilling games is straighter is greater when the ball enters the pocket. I always use my spare ball for my strike ball to cut down the huge hook. I play right over the 3rd arrow or just outside of it for a right hander. Now increase your spin or hook to around 33% by pressing R2. Move left or right to line up the shot with L1 and L2. Press X and the ball meter will show. You need to press it twice when releasing the ball. Press it to line up in the small green area for speed and then the small green area for the release which will either break to the left or right if you miss the green area. With practice it will get easy. In this game I average a whopping 234 in tournament, career, cosmic bowl, and skins game. I won all the tournaments and money. Bowled 300, a 787 series, many 279 games and I love the excitement and realistic feel of this game. No other game is better. Sure the graphics are not the greatest, but for their time is good. That's why this game is expensive and getting rarer to find. You can't beat it. It's exciting, challenging and full of options and game play. The only other bowling game out there that is much different from this one, is Strike Force Bowling. Where you can play from incredible and inventive places. These are the 2 bowling games I only play. But this one is worth its weight in gold!
