Final Fantasy VI Advance

Buying this game anywhere else is a bad idea, as this game is bottlegged beyond belief. Shipping was fast, and the game works great!

I was nervous ordering - there are so many counterfeit copies of this game floating around - but shouldn't have been. Very pleased after getting exactly what I wanted: a legit cart in great condition. Awesome!

Game shipped quickly and works great. I've ordered a couple of games through Lukiegames, and I couldn't be happier. Being able to find such gems in such good condition, and with quick shipping, what more could you ask for?

Final Fantasy VI is the best FF game in the franchise (FF7 fans, move aside!). It was the first game to take the story in a different direction than the traditional collecting of elemental crystals. It had a struggle against a tyrannical empire, morally ambiguous characters, cool ATB system (new at the time!), and fantastic music by Nobuo Uematsu. Now, this isn't the first re-release of this game and it won't the last. However this was the first game to come with a re-translated story -- which is *much* better than the SNES version. Though the SNES translation was good the GBA version is cleaned up which actually had me say "that's what they meant!" to lines that seemed odd and nonsensical in the original version. If you were to buy just one version of this game, I would recommend the GBA version. The graphics have aged very well, the re-translated story is worth it, and it plays great on the DS Lite.
