Game looks brand new, came near mint condition and plays fine. Fun game very enjoyable.

Not quite as epic as the Red Dead franchise, but if anyone plays Gun with an open mind they'll have a truly enjoyable gaming experience.

I don't know why this game wasn't a best seller. It's fantastic and so fun to play. It's funny in parts and serious in others. If you're Native American it's a must have. The 2 tribes in this game are the Blackfoot and Apache. Two tribes back in the day with a lot of distance between them if you know anything about them. The main character Cole is a young man that's Apache raised by a white man named Ned. The setting is back in the cowboy days. The 2 cities in the game are Dodge and Empire. Yes it's a western game and the best I've ever played. It's like watching a movie. The graphics are great I think and it has a really good story line. Cole in the game learns his past and were he came from not to mention he learns of the man who raised him. He's in the middle of a conspiracy filled with murder and a lust for money. He's a gun the way his father raised him with a lightning quick draw. The area is in such trouble it takes him to bring justice and order to this world of chaos. In the game you have 3 merchants with a number of side quests to build his weapons and experience to fight his foes and the people who killed his father. You even have to fight 2 grizzlies in the game. A grizzly is not happy to see you - believe me. This game was well thought and the writers should have been given awards. I use to have a favorite game game until I played this. This my friends is my favorite game. I can't put it down. I play other games but always return to this one. If you get this game you'll thank me. I would suggest this game very strongly. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Two thumbs up with 5 stars I can't say enough.

Great game and excellent condition

Before Red Dead Redemption, there was Gun. It's almost an open world game... not quite the ideal, but given the limitations of the consoles/PCs at the time, it did a better job balancing story and the open world ideal. Controls are quite solid, and it doesn't take long to get used to them. I always got frustrated over horse-riding mechanics in any computer game, because the concept of movement/speed are transferred to the horse, not the player's character. So you had a level of indirection that made things seem disconnected. This game, on the other hand, does a solid job of balancing that problem. Not to mention it did it before RDR. Anyhow, this is a great game with some surprisingly good voice actors in it. I recommend it for the price because it might not be all that replayable once you see the ending, but it's still good to go back to from time to time. :) It's an overall great game that foreshadowed what open world westerns would be like in the future.

Good game reminds the spin off of red dead Redemption

I loved this game! Played it for hours, day after day. although i do wish it had a longer story line. Cool plot twist tho. Clean smooth running disc. Thanks Lukie!

The missions are a bit repetitive and the landscape is a bit blah but mechanically Gun is great. The story is really consistent and the characters feel like real people. I like that I can level up a lot of aspects of my character so it feels like he is growing which ties in nicely to the storyline. This is a really nice budget alternative to a game like Red Dead Redemption. It plays very similar in my opinion. I like that the side quests actually level up my gunplay and make the main missions easier. It's not as big a game as Red Dead Redemption so traveling is less time consuming which I kind of like. The guns work well and shooting is easy but sometimes the enemies are a bit too easy to kill.
