Jersey Devil
Jersey Devil is a really unique PS1 platformer with charming visuals and interesting level design. Unfortunately, the game itself is plagued by really touchy controls so it's not for everyone, be warned you need some serious patience to enjoy this game. If you CAN get past the touchy controls, then what awaits you is an extremely satisfying PS1 3D platformer. Music is pretty awesome too. Highly recommend to those with patience. Those without, need not apply. Three stars for solid game plagued by terrible controls.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. Partly because of nostalgic reasons but mostly because it's simply a good game. It has great atmosphere which is hard to come by in games. The soundtrack probably sticks out the most and this game features CD playback so you can pop it into your car stereo and enjoy the music. The graphics are typical for a playstation one game; not bad but not great. And the camera can be frustrating at times but this minor flaw is its only flaw. The story is simple and fun but not horribly derivative. The animation in the cut scenes is great as well as the voice acting. It can get difficult at times but you rarely feel stuck so it has a good pace. I highly recommend this to any nostalgic playstation fan looking for a new gem to uncover.
