Good game in excellent condition
"Kingsley's Adventure" was largely overlooked at the time of its release, which is a shame because there is a lot to love about it. Its strengths are in its characters and world. The graphics look beautiful for a PS1 game, with relatively large levels that are full of color and detail. "Kingsley's" character designs (created by Nathalie Jean-Bart) are extremely appealing and quite ahead of their time, resembling those of Cartoon Network series "Chowder" and "The Misadventures of Flapjack." The dialog is then appropriately funny as well, also feeling like part of a good cartoon series. The game's weakness is its controls: Despite having similar gameplay to most 3D entries in "The Legend of Zelda" series, "Kingsley" uses tank controls, which are unfortunately much clunkier. However, the rest of the game's attributes are enough to keep players playing. The copy of the game I recieved was in near-perfect condition.
