Weakest in the series - but still great
Mega Man is always fun, but this one just feels lacking. The new charge shot makes it a chore to kill smaller enemies, as they all feel like they need a fully charged shot to kill.
The bosses are good, but none of them are truly memorable (unless you count laughing at "Toad Man").
If you liked the first 3 Mega Man games, you'll still like this one. The only reason I'm saying it's lacking is the first 3 were so good. This is still a great game and worth taking the time to check out, even if you've never played Mega Man before, I just wouldn't start with this one.
