I plugged this cable from my Wii to my Standard HD Flat Screen TV and everything is sooooooo much better. The difference is night and day and the colors and resolution make the games look a whole lot better! Highly recommend if you have any HD Flat Screen TVs. Also don't forget to go to the Wii screen settings and switch from 480i to 480p.

This cable is definitely worth the $8 in my opinion! Going from 480i to 480p doesn’t sound like that big of a deal, but you can clearly see the difference! The gaming quality is much improved especially with games like MarioKart and wii sports that involve lots of movement. The cable works great and ships fast!

The first set of cables got here quick, but didn’t work. I emailed customer service and they shipped one out immediately. The second pair got here and they work great! Definitely get these cables, they make the picture much clearer!

I've used this particular cable with a converter for making Let's Plays for GameCube games for a little while, but decided to change to adapters that convert the signal directly to HDMI (which surprisingly aren't on this site, just an AV to HDMI converter) because I feel they deliver better quality. Regardless, these are a fine option if your using these on your TV. Technically fine for Let's Plays, but there are better options nowadays. And I know that this is a bit awkward, but on the "Wii U ProCube Controller (Black)" listing, I forgot to mention that in my review there that the controller has issues with its controls while its charging. By which I mean it kind of starts to have a mind of its own when it is charging, but unplugged it works just fine. Not much of an issue because it has a pretty good battery, but still. Again, I know this is a bit awkward, but I felt it was important to mention that.

With HD TVs being a standard, this cable makes the wii look as good as it can possibly look. Tried on a 4k TV that upscales the 480p picture and everything looks clear and so nice as 480p can get. Shipped out very quickly. I'm very happy with my wii now.

Gave my Wii a better picture than what the composite cable that came with it did. Definitely cheaper than the GameCube Component Cable.
