Sega CD System Attachment for Genesis V2

Great quality, open button works. System came near mint with chords. Just have to start building up the collection now ;)

I'm a Sega collector and I recently bought a Sega CD from Lukiegames. It arrived in 8 days; could have been a little quicker (But it was standard shipping though). The console works fine and I'm having a blast playing Sonic CD. One flaw though, that knocks this review down a star. When I opened the box and hooked up the CD to my Genesis, I noticed the "open" button on the console was missing and I couldn't shut the CD slot. I looked in the box, and there it was. I couldn't manage to fit it back in place. So, the CD slot wouldn't stay shut. So, every time I want to play a game, I have to tape the CD slot shut with several pieces of tape, to make sure it stays closed. It can get pretty annoying. Other than that, the system works perfectly, and it looks very nice. Thanks Lukiegames!

Okay I got this system along with sonic CD in about 10-12 days, not bad for delivery. So I tested it out for a while with playing Sonic CD. At first i thought it wouldn't read the disk, however after opening it up and re positioning the laser in the system upward, it started to read disks fine. Also at one point the system scratched my CD, but I think that could've been when it was on my lap at first during testing, so yea don't make the same mistake as I did and accidentally move the system while it was on. But ever since then when I played Sonic CD from start to finish, I didn't had any problems anymore. I've also tried surgical strike and chuck rock 2, and they worked as well. So I can say Lukiegames did a good job cleaning and getting the system to work. It had all the cables needed as they advertised. Good work guys!

I purchased this Sega CD unit on October 1st. It arrived on the 13th. Not bad since it came from Miami Gardens, Florida all the way to small town Black Diamond, Alberta, Canada. It looks brand new except for one VERY minor scratch on the front. Who cares! It did not come with the AV cable so i had to order that separately. In total with the Sega CD, the aforementioned cable, and the shipping it still came out cheaper than buying one local! I was so happy!

I just recently got into the Sega CD. I already had one, but when I saw Lukie Games had one refurbished and in great shape I bought it. Glad I did! System looks good and plays good. My other Sega CD has the Model 2 attached, but this one cane with the extension for a model one which I proudly attached. Great system! I only have a few games for it including the best port of Mortal Kombat you can get. Guys, if you love Sega you gotta get this! Thanks Lukie!
