The evil Dr. Eggman (aka Dr. Robotnik) stumbles upon an alternate dimension where some odd birds called Flickies have the ability to travel anywhere. In order to get help in his search for the Chaos Emeralds, Dr. Eggman transforms the Flickies into robots that will help him track down his coveted gems. It's up to Sonic to stop him. Rescue the innocent Flickies before Robotnik turns them into part of his evil plan! Jump into this 3-D adventure as Sonic or his buddy Tails, and collect the golden rings to help free the Flickies and defeat the doctor.

Great condition

Ordered just the cartridge and it was in immaculate condition. The game works perfectly.

Game Works - Box Horrible Condition

I want to start out by saying everything else I ordered came in totally acceptable condition and this cartridge works fine so far. However if a game is going as a full priced "complete" game I would expect the box to at least be in mediocre shape. Unfortunately its ripped, bent up, and cant even stand up without serious support as it slants in one direction. The manual is 100% undamaged somehow which is great. Anyway I'd give all my other items 4 or 5 stars but I was fairly disappointed with this one.

The game is great, i love Sega and Sonic games i grew up with a lot of Sega Genesis games and this one was one of them.The game works great and it was in great condition. The only thing i wish it came with the box but other than that is cool. remember Genesis Does What Nintendon't!!!

why?

everyone says this game is awful but in my opinion its not that bad, a little weird but not awful.

Obscure, but still good

This is one of the more obscure Sonic games for the Sega, but it was a look at the direction they would take the franchise afterwards. The gameplay is pretty good, though it is weird getting use to not running in a straight line the whole time. It get's a little challenging at some points, but it's nothing too hard. The only downside really is that you aren't running at super speed through the levels like you do in the 2D games.
