Space Channel 5

This game has its quirks, and is at times VERY picky with the input, but it's so addicting! This is, hands down, the best rhythm game ever made. Screw Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Space Channel 5 is a real gamer's rhythm game.

Ive played alot of video games in my life, but nothing like the charming and rather odd Space Channel 5 for the Sega Dreamcast. Developed by United Game Artists and published by the one and only Sega. This game will have you dancing your way through hoards of alien invaders to save your fellow human kind from a most unpleasent fate. Thats right i said "Dancing" and not like Dance Dance Revolution dancing but like Guitar Hero/ PaRappa the Rapper rhythm based dancing. To break it down simply aliens will say a combination of buttons for you to push, put to the rhythm of a beat and you have to match it, kinda like a musical version of simon, that old flashy light game that would usually anger me after about 10 minutes. But this game does not anger me actually its really fun, the graphics are awesome but thats nothing new for the Dreamcast, sound is great except for the aliens voice's or somewhat hard to understand at times but other than that it is a excellent game and now available on the Dreamcast Collections for the Xbox 360.
