Street Fighter 2010

A bit different from Street Fighter 2. This is more like a futuristic Final Fight or Double Dragon. A solid game though, worth the playthrough

Street Fighter 2010 was released in 1990 and shoehorned into the popular Street Fighter franchise, which it barely resembles at all. This game plays more like a hardcore boss rush game, with some platforming segments thrown in. The graphics are wonderfully retro-pink-purple-ish and the music is like other Capcom tunes at the time: Awesome and catchy! The game has a very steep learning curve, where you need to learn a lot of moves to be able to beat the various bosses within a set time limit. This is an overlooked gem, and should be in every NES gamer's collection. Just.. Buy it! As always the Lukie Games cart was in a great condition. This game also works on a region-free PAL NES.

Fantastic obscure title well worth every dollar

I always thought this was a cool game. Sooooo I bought it, it worked, and now it's part of my collection. *high five*

First off, I'll say this: no this game is not like any other game in the Street Fighter series as it's more of a shooter/adventure game than a fighting game. However despite these differences I enjoy it just as much as Street Fighter 2. This game is very fun, but challenging. Luckily you have unlimited continues so you can keep playing to your heart's content!
