Good Game, But...
While looking through the reviews here, I've noticed most people only review the game, and not the quality of service, or vice versa. With this being a site that retails in used games, I thought I might do both in order to help out everyone.
QUALITY OF SERVICE:
I did not order this game complete, so, as for the quality of the casing, I am not going to be much help, but it did have a jewel case, which was slightly (and later, largely) cracked. The game itself was moderately scratched and my Xbox has had trouble playing it on a few occasions, with two of them at the same point in the game, and the other not getting past the opening loading screen. However, the game has not had any problems sent, but it is still worth mentioning.
GAME REVIEW:
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland is the follow up to Tony Hawk's Underground 2, though the games are not related (this games mentions both Underground games as games). In this game, you find yourself, a skater from somewhere I'm assuming is on the East Coast in Los Angeles, trying to get by as a skater. While there, you meet a group of locals who take you in and allow you to stay at their dump of a skate park. The plot of the game stems as pretty much finishing the park you live in to be the greatest in the world, by traveling around L.A. in search of things to destroy and haul back. The gameplay is about the same as Underground 1 and 2, except a few new features like smacking people with your board and having an updated park creator. The soundtrack is cool and bouncing featuring music from Green Day, Bloc Party, Thrice, The Doors, and Motley Crue to name a few. There isn't a whole lot to say about the game other than that if you liked the previous games in the Tony Hawk series, you'll like this one.
