Tourist Trophy

A fun title that actually plays like Grand Turismo on bikes. The graphics still look spectacular.

Still haven't played game yet since I do not have PS2 yet, but game came in super condition and fast shipping. Lukie games is definitely the place to go online to get all your retro game needs.

Some may consider Tourist Trophy as little more than Gran Turismo 4 with motorcycles instead of cars, and while the menu interface and menu sounds are nearly identical, this game is different enough to strongly recommend purchase. One major difference is the lack of credits; bikes can only be acquired in one of three ways, getting gold in all 40 license tests (each license rewards a bike for all golds), racing the various bikes in challenge mode, and entering and winning the 23 race series. On to the bike selection, there are 126 bikes from manufacturers such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and many more. There are 37 courses to ride on, although many of them are carried over from GT4 except Valencia which was made specially for this game. Every bike and course is meticulously recreated down to the smallest detail. This includes the rider animations which vary depending on your selection of one of four riding modes and the type of bike the player is riding. The motorcycles handle and sound very close to their real-life counterparts with the fastest bikes being much more difficult to handle than the low powered scooters. Overall this is an excellent game for fans of motorcycles and racing games in general.

Disc came in very good condition w/quick delivery. This is my favorite motorcycle racing game. I wish they had kept up this series w/GT.
