Thin On The Ground
I feel extremely lucky to have added Chiki Chiki Boys to my Sega Genesis Collection. This is pure, simplistic, arcade-ish, platforming fun. This is the sort of game which reminds you there was a time when video games weren't so serious and self-conscious. The animations are large and colorful in an anime cartoon style, and the sword swiping/magic bombing game play is to die for. The game is far too short to be so much fun. The length is my only gripe. This game is fast becoming a rarity. Naturally Lukie had it and I snapped it up. Be on the lookout for this criminally underrated slice of the 16-Bit platforming, you'll be glad you own this one.
