HDTV Cable for PS2 and PS1

Still use components due to green tint.

Item was received and tested .Thank you.

So I have bought and used this product for a long time, and all I can say is that its convenient and makes PS2 games look good. PS1 games also don't look too bad but there is a catch on PS2... It can only work on the RGB setting and thus isn't using the PS2 on its best graphics setting and it give DVD movies this green tint that I don't like. So I stick with Component so I can set my games to 480p (1080i is fine if squished) when available. On the PS1 however, its a bit less unoptimized and really makes the colors pop. But in the end, its still a fine alterative to Component when HDMI is the only available port.

The picture quality is good. I was surprised how good the picture quality was. Well for resolution of 720p. It's not that bad. Mind you I'm using it on the PlayStation 1. I don't know how it looks on the PS2. Normally if you're playing like a PlayStation one on the HDTV the picture quality is not good. The reason being is blowing up the image.and game consoles have such a low resolution. This upscaler upscale's the resolution up to 720P. I prefer 1080p. The picture does look sharp. I didn't see any noise texture when I use this upscaler. I highly recommend buying this product. You won't be disappointed

you can only go so far with PS2 graphics, but this noticeably improved the visuals on my 38inch TV, made text much more readable as well

Seems to be working o.k. but, doesn't give me the full screen effect. I can have a good size screen setting just not the full screen size. With todays tv's we sometimes just have to settle with what's available. overall, the cables are fine...

Works great looks better than composite on my 42" LG UHD TV just make sure to read the directions and alter your TV and PS2 video settings. I also reccomend disconnecting it after every use to prolong its life cycle as they do get a bit warm. Definitely not as good as a retrotink but for less than a quarter of the price this is easily the 2nd best option.

This is a necessity. I was stunned at how much better the games looked.

I agree with the other reviews of this adapter. Definetly improves game play with clearer graphics. Thanks Lukie Games!!!

This definitely was a game changer for sure.

Wasn’t expecting that! Also, I appreciate the quick ship time.

make sure to turn off "widescreen" stretching settings your TV may have great quality here

I have not tested with a ps1 only my ps2 but i have to say i am very impressed with this hdmi converter as soon as i started up the ps2 on my 50inch smart tv i was like DAM it is a must buy for anyone looking to play there older system on a newer tv definilty try this out ive played games like god of war, grand theft auto 3 vice city, need for speed most wanted an def jam vendetta an fight for ny so far what a difference!!!!

Works as advertised if your running a PS2 and it shows all in Green make sure to turn the YPbPr Setting to RGB i learned that the hard way when i tried it with my Japanese PlayStation 2 but it works as advertised

Phenomenal way to play the old PS2 and PS1 games again. Very crisp quality.
